All products sold by RV Divine Works are made to order. This means each item is created specifically for you after your purchase is placed. Because of this:

  • We do not accept cancellations once an order has been submitted.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, colour, or change of mind.
  • We only replace or refund items that arrive defective, damaged, or misprinted.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
VAT is added at checkout where applicable.

Payment is taken at the time of purchase via Shopify’s secure checkout.

4. Shipping & Fulfilment

Orders are fulfilled from the nearest available European production facility to ensure smooth delivery for UK and EU customers.

Estimated delivery times are provided on each product page and include production time plus shipping.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Weather or force majeure events

5. Customs, Taxes & Duties

For UK and EU customers, orders are fulfilled within Europe to minimise customs issues.

For international customers outside the UK/EU, local taxes, duties, or import charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
