Are your products true to size?

Are the hoodies unisex?
Yes. Our hoodies and T-shirts are unisex. Women’s crop hoodies are designed specifically for a women’s fit.

Yes. Every item is made to order, which allows us to reduce waste and ensure quality. If you prefer a looser or oversized fit, we recommend sizing up.

Typical delivery time is 5–11 business days, depending on your location and the product ordered. Delivery time can be extended if ordered around public holidays.

Returns & Issues
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please check size guides carefully before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we will make it right.
